1. Who we are

Clear Next Actions (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the platform at clearnextactions.com. We provide AI-powered client intelligence portals for marketing and business consultants. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@clearnextactions.com.

2. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up we collect your name, email address, and organisation details via Clerk (our authentication provider).

Client data. When you add clients to your workspace, you provide their name, website, business information, and goals. This information is stored in our database and used to power the AI briefings and action cards we generate for you.

Connected platform data. If you connect third-party services (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads, WordPress), we access the data you authorise via OAuth. We only read the data necessary to generate your client reports.

Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We receive confirmation of payment status and plan tier from Stripe.

Usage data. We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This helps us improve the service and diagnose issues.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Provide and improve the Clear Next Actions platform
Generate AI-powered briefings and recommendations for your clients
Process payments and manage your subscription
Send transactional emails (e.g. billing receipts, weekly AI digests)
Respond to support requests
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your client data to train AI models that are shared with other organisations.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the platform:

Clerk — authentication and user management
Supabase — database and file storage
Stripe — payment processing
Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
OpenAI / Anthropic — AI generation (data is processed under their enterprise data policies)

All sub-processors are required to maintain appropriate security standards. We do not share your data with advertisers.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and client data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on our database, and restricted access to production systems. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of a breach affecting your data.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Object to or restrict certain processing
Export your data in a portable format
