Data Deletion Request

Your right to deletion
You have the right to request that Clear Next Actions delete your personal data and any data collected via third-party integrations you connected (including Meta/Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok). We will process all deletion requests within 30 days.
What data we hold
When you use Clear Next Actions, we may store:
- Your name and email address (via your login provider)
- OAuth access tokens for connected integrations (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, WordPress)
- Social media and analytics snapshots pulled from your connected accounts
- Client records and workspace data you have created within the platform
- AI-generated action cards and recommendations based on your data
How to request deletion
To request full deletion of your data, send an email to:
Subject line: Data Deletion Request
Please include in your email:
- The email address associated with your account
- Whether you want a full account deletion or deletion of a specific integration only
What happens when we delete your data
Upon a verified deletion request, we will:
- Revoke and delete all OAuth access tokens for your connected integrations
- Delete all snapshots, analytics data, and action cards associated with your account
- Delete all client records and workspace data you created
- Remove your account from our authentication system
- Send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Meta / Facebook data deletion
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account via Meta Login, you can also initiate data deletion directly through Facebook. To do this:
- Go to your Facebook Settings
- Navigate to Apps and Websites
- Find Clear Next Actions and click Remove
- Select Delete all your activity for this app
Removing the app from Facebook will revoke our access to your Meta data. To ensure all stored data is deleted from our servers, please also send us a deletion request at the email above.
Data retention after deletion
Once a deletion request is processed, your data is permanently removed from our active systems. Anonymised or aggregated data that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product improvement purposes. We may also retain records required by law for up to 7 years in accordance with Australian financial and legal obligations.
